How to plan useful holidays for a teenager?
On June 24 charity project LuckyBooks will take part in #Youthday2017 Festival, which will take place on the occasion of the Youth Day in Mariinskyy Park in Kyiv.
Over 100 youth and student organizations will present their initiatives within the framework of the festival program at 15 locations. Organizers claim to set a new record in Ukraine as the largest number of people involved in public associations and groups. The event is to become the largest platform for young people to communicate and unite. "Each of us has an interesting experience. Each of us started something. Each of us is different. But we all strive to make our country better", – the organizers say on the event page on Facebook. The program includes a big concert, performances by famous poets and lecturers, games and sports zones, exhibitions of contemporary artists, classes and trainings, an extraordinary food court, a huge alley of youth initiatives, a movie show, and much more. For the first time Youth Day in Kyiv is organized by the youth themselves, together with Kyiv Youth Center, Youth and Sports Department, and with the support of the Ministry of Youth and Sports of Ukraine.
LuckyBooks will take lecture stage at the Children's Alley and hold a master class for parents to organize useful holidays. Our speaker is a member of the LuckyBooks’ Exprets’ Council, a well-known psychologist and business coach, president of the Association of Practicing Psychologists Eugen Miroshnichenko. "As parents, we can support and develop the main feature of our child – the ability to self-education, – says Eugen. – Directing the child in the right direction, teaching to love knowledge and show interest in the world around the child in order to draw inspiration – this is the simplest and the most important thing that we can do for our kid".
