LuckyBooks invites to the presentation on the biggest book fair in Ukraine

Nationwide Ukrainian charity project of publishing and distributing scientific and educational books for teens LuckyBooks will be presented on "Knyzhkovyy Arsenal" on May 19.

The educational initiative will be presented within non-fiction marathon of Program for Children in interactive mode by musician Oleg Skrypka, publisher Dana Pavlychko, director of the Minor Academy of Sciences Oksen Lisovyi and president of the Association of Practical Psychologists Evgen Miroshnichenko, who are the members of the Board of Trustees of the project.  The organizers are charitable foundation "I am the Future of Ukraine" led by the well known volunteer Marta Levchenko and the IT company Lucky Labs.

LuckyBooks is not encyclopedic literature, but modern books of scientific content and practical orientation of both domestic and foreign authors. Authoritative writers and scientists, best translators, illustrators, psychologists, educators and popular domestic publishing houses are involved in the project. LuckyBooks covers a wide range of topics: from the nature of the hormones to the rules of budgeting.

Everything that inspires modern fidgets in modern technological world. It’s interesting, it’s outside the box, it’s accessible with no didacticism, but with colorful infographics and interactive activities. The platform of “Knyzhkovyy Arsenal”, the largest festival in Eastern Europe that brings together literature and art, will allow to set the trend of a new approach to popularize science among teenagers. LuckyBooks’ local task is intellectual Ukrainization of the young generation.

The wards of charitable organizations will get paper copies; the books will also be distributed among the children's libraries of the Eastern Ukraine. Moreover, the e-versions of published books will be available to everyone on a charge free basis. The teens will be entertained online in social networks through interactive competitions based on books as well as offline – through variety of lectures, workshops, meetings with authors, scientists and all the interesting participants of the Project will entertain them offline.
